25+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
Ryan McAvay was born and raised in small town central Kansas. He grew up working in a cattle farm and in his dads meat locker. Joining the US Army out of high school, he served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. He also served in Operation Enduring Freedom all of 2002 in Afghanistan.
Ryan started in the HVAC business several years back and truly loves the industry. Ryan gained most of his experience with one of the city’s largest residential HVAC provider in the KC Metro area and has received his master mechanic certification. Ryan’s passion and knowledge for the industry will ensure success that all of your Heating and Cooling needs will be taken care of.
Jeff Bellis is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area. He graduated from MCC in 2013 with his Associates in Applied Science of Heating and Cooling. He has his I.C.E. certification, NATE certification and is EPA certified. After graduation he immediately started his professional career with a large, local HVAC company. He is now co-founder of Affordable Comfort KC, LLC. He has lived in Blue Springs, MO for the last 15 years. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Jeff and Ryan met at a large, local HVAC company as co-workers. They quickly realized that they were very similar in how they wanted to help their customers. They both wanted to provide the best quality service at the most affordable costs. In order to provide this service, they needed to be able to control their overhead. From this realization, Affordable Comfort KC, LLC was born.
Austin was born and raised in Kansas and graduated from college at Coffeyville Community College on a baseball scholarship. Austin enjoys softball riding 4 wheelers and working on old cars. Austin is an experienced HVAC installer and maintenance technician. He is also EPA certified. Austin has been a part of the Affordable Comfort team since the doors opened.
If there is anything wrong with the furnace or air conditioner within the first year of installation there will be no fee for a service call or charge for repairs.
